Lawyers of Golovan and Partners Law Firm represent the client's interests in the ECHR in the case of searches in private premises without proper procedures
The lawyers of Golovan and Partners Law Firm are protecting the interests of the client, in whose apartments police officers conducted three searches with violations of procedural rules.

For the time of searches, the criminal proceedings were not open. The searches were also carried out without a court order. Such actions by law enforcers violate, in particular, the rights of the client to respect of private and family life guaranteed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

To protect the client, lawyers of Golovan and Partners Law Firm appealed to the courts of Ukraine. After passing through all the stages of protection, within the framework of the national legislation of Ukraine, lawyers prepared statements to the European Court of Human Rights about violation of the rights of homeowners guaranteed by Article 8 and 13 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

This will give the client an opportunity to obtain effective protection of his rights, which were violated by persons who acted in an official capacity and will give the right to compensation for the harm caused.
